David Horrex

​David is the newest member of the Canary Locums Family however that does not mean he new to recruitment. David has worked not only in the sales aspect of the recruitment but he started his journey in the compliance department so he knows the important of ensuring that Framework Checks are carried out, and making sure that framework is upheld is at the very core of what David stands for. In a short period at Canary Locums David has made a great start and we expect David to progress forward to big things throughout his time at Canary Locums.

"Having started in compliance I think it important to understand just how much nurses have to go through to get out working so I make sure that I give them the same level of detail when working to get them shifts. Running a desk is much like being a football coach outside of work, the skills are transferrable and has helped me be disciplined, manage expectations and keep my "Team" happy throughout their agency career (some would say season). Canary Locums is a place I can really make a big difference and I cant wait to get things going!"
